Currently, Your Gifts operates as an online store serving customers across Great Britain
Ordering and Payment
How do I place an order?
To place an order simply add the products to your basket and follow the steps upon checkout.
For custom orders follow the steps on our custom order page
What Payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept PayPal and stripe
Can I cancel my order or modify my order?
You can cancel or modify your order within 48 hours of placing your order. We ask you to do this as soon as possible due to our turn around times we aim to deliver quality products as quick as we can.
Shipping and Delivery
Where do you ship to?
We currently only ship in Great Britain - England, Wales and Scotland
How much is shipping?
Our shipping cost can vary depending on which shipping option you choose. We offer two types of shipping through Royal Mail. Tracked 24 and Tracked 48.
Tracked 48 prices:
- Upto 100g - £2.50
- Upto 250g - £3.50
- Upto 2kg - £4.50
- Upto 5kg - £7.50
Tracked 24 prices:
- Upto 100g - £3.50
- Upto 250g - £4.50
- Upto 2kg - £5.50
- Upto 5kg - £8.50
However we also offer Free shipping on orders over £70
Can my order be tracked?
Yes, all orders placed will be given a tracking number which will be emailed to you when your order is shipped.
What does shipping costs cover?
At Your Gifts, our shipping fee covers the safe and secure packaging of your items, handling, and delivery to your chosen address within the UK.
We take great care in ensuring your gifts arrive in perfect condition, ready to bring joy to your loved ones.
Tracking and delivery updates are also included for added peace of mind.

How do I request a return or refund?
You can request a return or refund through our contact page and a member of our team will support you with this.
We aim to reply to all messages within 48 hours however this is not always possible.
Please do not send us your return without speaking to a member of the team first.
What Items can not be returned
We do not offer returns on items that are used or broken such as:
- Drinkware
- Edible Items
- Glassware
- Personalised items (e.g. clothing with a name)
We also can not accept returns on digital products

How does Custom orders work?
At Your Gifts, we love helping you create something truly special. To place a custom order, simply choose the product you'd like and follow the instructions provided on the page.
Once your order is placed, we’ll get to work carefully crafting your gift by hand.
If we need any clarification, we’ll reach out via email to ensure everything is just right. Please allow a little extra time for custom orders, as each one is made with love and attention to detail.

How long does my order take to come?
We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible while ensuring every item is made with care. Most personalised orders are dispatched within 3–7working days, with standard UK delivery typically taking an additional 2–4 working days.
During busy seasonal periods, dispatch times may be slightly longer, but we’ll always keep you updated along the way. If you need your order by a specific date, please get in touch and we’ll do our best to help.
Can I include a personal note with my order?
Absolutely! We love helping you add that extra thoughtful touch. During checkout, simply add your message in the “Notes” section, and we’ll include it on a small card with your gift. Perfect for sending a surprise directly to someone special!
