Your Gifts is an online store dedicated to providing unique and thoughtful gifts for everyone. Our mission is to celebrate individuality and diversity by offering products that cater to all aspects of a person’s identity—whether family-oriented, alternative, sexy, or kinky. Currently, Your Gifts operates as an online store serving customers across Great Britain 

Ordering and Payment

How do I place an order?

To place an order simply add the products to your basket and follow the steps upon checkout. 

For custom orders follow the steps on our custom order page

What Payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept PayPal and stripe

Can I cancel my order or modify my order?

You can cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing your order. We ask you to do this as soon as possible due to our turn around times 

Shipping and Delivery

Where do you ship to?

We currently only ship in Great Britain - England, Wales and Scotland

How much is shipping?

Our shipping cost can vary depending on which shipping option you choose. We offer two types of shipping through Royal mail. Tracked 24 and Tracked 48. 

Tracked 48 prices:

  • Upto 100g - £2
  • Upto 250g - £3 
  • Upto 2kg - £4
  • Upto 5kg - £7

Tracked 24 prices:

  • Upto 100g - £3
  • Upto 250g - £4
  • Upto 2kg - £5 
  • Upto 5kg - £8 

However we also offer Free shipping on orders over £50

Can my order be tracked?

Yes, all orders placed will be given a tracking number which will be emailed to you when your order is shipped.

What is Your Return Policy

You can find our Return policy under our home page sections 

How do I request a return or refund?

You can request a return or refund through our contact page and a member of our team will support you with this.

We aim to reply to all messages within 48 hours however this is not always possible. 

Please do not send us your return without speaking to a member of the team first.

What Items can not be returned

We do not offer returns on items that are used or broken such as:

  • Drinkware 
  • Edible Items 
  • Glassware
  • Personalised items (e.g. clothing with a name)

 

We also can not accept returns on digital products

 

We can not offer returns on certain items of our spicy collection such as:

  • Underwear
  • Adult products 
  • Used products

We currently have a community group on Facebook, you can find the link to join at the bottom of the home page. 

Do you offer exclusive deals, and pre-launches ect?

Yes! You can sign up to recieve emails at the bottom of our Home page.

When you sign up you will recieve emails regarding awesome deals, collection drops and discounts.

Do you provide resources for alternative relationships?

Unfortunatley we currently do not offer resources apart from out products however this is something we are hoping to look into in the future.
